Hello & welcome to Space, Place & Southern Grace. I’m Sarah Alexandra, author and founder of this little corner of the internet. I’m a Lexington, Kentucky native, am fluent in Spanish, and am usually trying to find my way to a beach. My blog is a platform for me to showcase my creativity, my notion of budget style, and life adventures. I write on a variety of topics including feminism, travel, fashion, college life, and beyond. I have a 1.5 year-old precious puppy child named Winston. I enjoy Kentucky bourbon, spiced rums with lime, and a good taco truck late at night. I am an alum of the University of Kentucky and Kappa Delta Sorority. I graduated with Bachelor’s degrees in Spanish and Gender & Women’s Studies, and am currently working on my Masters of Higher Education. I love college and the university setting, which is why I chose the University of Kentucky as my full-time work home post-grad! I hope you enjoy what I create in this space, and don’t hesitate to drop me a line with comments, questions, or concerns!

I LOVE your blog! 🙂 I also LOVE the layout. What theme is it/who designed it? So pretty!

Hi! I found a picture of a Kappa Delta LITTLE sweatshirt on Pinterest and I absolutely LOVE the pattern on it and it took me to your page! So I was wondering if you could tell me where you got the sweatshirt (if it actually has something to do with you) because I am taking a little soon and love the pattern! Thank you!

Hello! Yes – that sweatshirt was originally mine! I purchased it originally from a local store in Richmond, KY called Greek Threads! It is Comfort Colors slate colored sweatshirt with Lilly Pulitzer fabric. It was made in 2014. Hope that helps!
